In order to serve our customers faster and more conveniently, Würth Canada launched a telesales channel which is also an important step in Würth Group's multi-channel sales strategy. Telesales representatives will reach out to customers similarly to our direct sales and eBusiness channels. As our customer's contact, Telesales will provide our customers with a variety of pre-sale and after-sales support.
